We really liked it, simple yet delicious. I had to modify because I only had lemon juice and frozen spinach but it was still nice. If I made it again, I could have used more onion because I ended up adding a lot of onion powder because the flavor gets lost in the rice and spinach, but maybe the ratio was off from using frozen? Idk, but I will make it again.
