- 1/2 cup tapioca flour (Health Connection)
- 1 pinch salt (– don’t be shy!)
- xanthan gum (Teaspoon of Health Connection)
- 2 tea (heaped, spoons of yeast)
- 6 eggs (Waldschmidt large)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (+ a bit of water to dilute)
- 1 tsp. garlic (spoon of)
- 1/3 cup mozzarella (pieces, perhaps try without, to get better texture.)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 177 celcius .
- Sift together the dry ingredients.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until very smooth.
