- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions
- Process beans, vinegar, garlic, cumin and salt in food processor or blender until almost smooth, about 1 minute, scraping bowl once. Blend in Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and parsley. Chill, if desired, and serve with pita chips or cut-up vegetables.

I put a very large garlic clove in, because I LOVE garlic. But it is a bit much. Next time I'll put a smaller clove in. Also, this dip would be good with a 1/2 Tbl lemon juice, and maybe some olive oil drizzled on top. Don't get me wrong, the recipe is very good as is!
