- 1/4 cup bread flour (or all-purpose, plus more as needed)

- 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or kosher)
