- 1 garlic clove (fresh, coarsely chopped)
- 400 grams large shrimp (cooked, peeled, and deveined)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- fleur de sel (French sea salt)
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Finely chop the parsley and coarsely chop the garlic (fresh garlic has no sprout. If you do not have any fresh garlic, use cured garlic and carefully remove the sprout before chopping).
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and keep refrigerated for at least one hour before serving.
- Serve with slices of toasted and lightly oiled baguette.
