Wouldn’t change a thing. Went heavy on the salt. Toss with hot sauce when serving for a mean buffalo cauliflower!

Delicious! So so so easy to make too! I used regular paprika and a few crushed red pepper flakes and that gave it a nice little kick. The pieces that got a little crispy are the best. Will definitely make again!

Very delicious! I don’t love the length of the article attached, but once you skip all that the cauliflower came out perfect. Super easy, too .

I used half smoked paprika and half regular paprika because smoked paprika is a bit strong for me. Next time I will use all regular paprika. Other than that, it was good, the cauliflower was cooked to a nice consistency.

A dream! Great recipe - had garlic infused oil so used that and omitted garlic powder. Mixing with hands helped distribute the spices but still got some nooks in the cauliflower supersaturated with paprika! Served
as a “main” with kale slaw for my vegan daughter. Made up a dip with a whole avocado mashed with vegan mayo - a lovely cooling contrast to the spice in the cauliflower.

These were a fabulous alternative to fries to go with some non-beef burgers!
Roasting in a pan on the grill worked well. I used spicy Hungarian paprika. I will make this again!!!
