- 10 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup cheese (parmaesan)
- 4 steaks (your choice)

Directions
- Light oil a skillet and sear each steak over high-heat for 30 seconds each side. Set aside to cool and preheat oven to 375 degrees and then roast 10 cloves in oil until tender.
- Mash roasted garlic with fresh thyme, dijon mustard, and half the parmaesan cheese. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Top steak with the garlic mixture and drizzle with oil. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Put steak back into the searing skillet and bake steak in the oven for 7 to 9 mins.
