- 15 oz. chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup zucchini (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)

Directions
- Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, zucchini and onion; toss to coat well. Cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
