  • 15 ounces chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup zucchini (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)

    1. Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, zucchini and onion; toss to coat well. Cover.
