I love these! They are very simple but taste great and work really well as a side dish.

don't be turned off by the amount of garlic or the simplicity of this recipe- the snowpeas really shine through! I ate them on top of rice but you could also just eat them as a side. probably would be good with a few red pepper flakes too.
