Very good recipe, will definitely do it more often! It was also perfect because I was craving French fries and it tasted almost like French fries

Made this with fresh rosemary and chives instead. It killed my in-laws. Will make again.

Turned out great, I didnt have any fresh thyme but they still had a great texture.

Okay, I love smashed potatoes, but these are a step above. I used a sauce brush to add the garlic and olive oil. I also had to turn my oven down a notch and cook a little longer. (It's a Brady Bunch oven and tends to cook HOT). And the best thing to do.....re-fry in a pan and put an over medium egg on for breakfast the next day.

Perfect! I agree that they take a little bit of time to make, in order to taste good. The first time I made them I did not boil them long enough and they were a little bit too tough. This time they were perfect. Amazing flavor and an easy process!

Tastes good. I will probably use garlic powder if I make it again, it was a little hard to portion the crushed garlic. I also was not very good at smashing the potatoes & keeping them all in one piece, most of them broke in half right away, but ultimately they cooked up just fine.

simply delicious.Its a healthy energy side dish witch i love especialy with garlic what i eat every day.I ad it a dry parsley and oregano with 1tbsp.of balsamic vinegar too.Thank you for your awsome dishes ideas full of health benefits.

It was delicious! A big hit with everyone - pretty much stuck to the recipe - and yes - I would definitely make it again - as a matter of fact - cooking up a fresh batch right now - this time I purchased a variety of different taters - just to up the flavour factor.
