    This scampi dish was DELIGHTFUL!! We enjoyed it the day that I made it and had left overs. We finished it a few days later with additional marinade to “sauce it up” a bit and it was EVEN MORE delicious than the first serving! This is a keeper!

    My favorite summer dish to make! Very light but I love the sourness from the garlic and lemon! Add tomatoes to enhance taste.
