I made this for 2 people, came out very, very good, the flavors were there. Even had left overs for lunch tomorrow. I did leave our the red pepper flakes, just because it would of been to spicy for me.

I gave it 4 stars as I cut the recipe in half and added 1/2 cup of shallots which I sauté before I put the shrimp in. Also put in a 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper. Very good will definitely make again.

Needed a bit more salt, but that can be added after. I may try tweaking the amount of lemon juice up, but overall very pleased! The little liquid that remained was perfect for sopping up with bread

Used zucchini noodles in place of regular pasta and it was absolutely delicious. My husband is a professional cook and VERY picky and even he loved it.
