Got inspired from this recipe and added one medium onion cut in pieces, six sliced mushrooms. & a tablespoon of minced garlic. Placed all in a plastic bag and tossed to coat all in olive oil, salt, & pepper. Roasted in a glass casserole dish at 400 for 45 minutes. Very good!
