Description

These crispy, garlicky roasted Brussels sprouts are so good, you may want to make a double batch. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

  • 1 bag Brussels sprouts (1 lb.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Trim the ends from the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. If the sprouts are very large cut them into quarters.

    The garlic roasted brussel sprouts were really tasty. I would have liked them to be a little crunchier, but the garlic added a really nice flavor.
