Delicious and easy to fix, although I did use a bowl to mix everything before baking. I forgot to spray the foil so some of the potatoes stuck. Still good! Yes, I will make again.

A fav in this house of 9 and easy too! My husband suggested I smash them halfway through and it helps flatten them a bit for them to crisp up more. Delicious if you like them crisp- which we do. Yummm!

These were really good. I realized my fresh garlic was no good so I used jarred minced garlic (always have as a backup). I sprinkled it around the baking tray along with other ingredients and mixed altogether. I baked for probably closer to an hour turning the potatoes at least twice. I would definitely make it again.

super easy and extra tasty.
Quick tip I learned for crispy potatoes... put a little olive oil on your baking sheet and preheat your pan in the oven while its warming up. Put your potatoes right on the hot baking sheet and you get a nice sear... after a few minutes give the pan a nice shake to make sure none sticked.

I have made this recipe many times and it's always great. I substituted the ranch dressing for Italian salad and dips..
