Nice quick recipie. You can make the liquid mixture in the time it takes to boil water and cook the pasta. Best with all fresh ingredients. If sensitive to spices hot foods, cut the pepper flakes by 1/2 amount.

Very tasty with a good kick. Cheeses did not incorporate as instructions said. I will try a parmigiana/Romano blend next time.

My wife said it was the best scampi she has ever had. I used white wine and organic chicken stock.

Fantastic! Used chicken broth and added andouille sausage and sun dried tomatoes to the shrimp. Also used a smidge less lemon juice. Definitely going in the monthly rotation!

Delicious!!! Kids loved it. Didn’t use pepper flakes. Used less lemon juice.

Very tasty and easy to make. I did decrease the red pepper to match the spice level we like.

We doubled the wine...otherwise it would have been too dry. Next time we will cut back on the lemon zest. 5/5...a terrific recipe!

Flavorful and delicious for me, but way too spicy for my girlfriend. cut the crushed red pepper and add a bit more cajun to make it less spicy but keep the flavor

It was tasty but very spicy! I didn’t expect it to be that spicy when I looked at the picture but I kind of knew once I seen Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes.

This was delicious and so easy to make! I subbed the linguinie with zoodles for a low-carb meal. I also halved the amount of butter and parmesan cheese in the recipe. I used a 1/2 cup white wine instead of a 1/4 cup because I like additional sauce. Turned out great!
