These potatoes were fabulous!! Great taste, easy to make and would be a great side for lots of different main dishes!!

Not as tasty as I anticipated. Lots of flavorful ingredients yet just ok. Think I’d prefer a baked potato.

It turned out good. I used potato slices instead of mini potatoes. At the end, I broiled the slices to give it a crispiness

Wow did we like this! I do, however, think there is way too much oil. I used 2T and that was even too much for me. The flavor was awesome.

Oh so good! I used garlic olive oil and basil flavored olive oil, everything else was by the recipe. Will make again.

Simple and delicious. Great side option for a variety of meals. I save the extra for the next morning, roast them briefly in our toaster oven and use them in a breakfast skillet. So good!

I was in a rush and cooked them on 425 for about 30 minutes. They still came out great!
