Very good my wife loves the dish. I find it easier to pour the mixture over the cauliflower.

This is now my favorite way to make cauliflower. I used roasted garlic instead of raw and it was delicious.

Best cauliflower I’ve ever made!!! They turned out so tasty. I didn’t quite have enough Parmesan to follow the recipe exactly but it still tasted amazing! Might not actually need the recommended amount to be honest!

My family LOVED it! I used some leftover mixture of Asiago and Parmesan cheese from another dish, used 1 clove of elephant garlic and olive oil. We definitely be making this again!

Yum! Added shredded cheese to half once it was out and let it melt.

I tweeked the recipe a little bit. I added more EVERYTHING, because that is just how I roll! It was a hit! Thanks for the great idea!

So good!! But definitely cooks down. I was making this for 5 of us and we each got about a 1/4-1/2 a cup. Next time I would make a double batch but very good!
