How about a little sour cream on the side? Love sour cream. Totally delicious. I left out the garlic and added onion instead.

A flavorful twist on mashed potatoes. Mine certainly didn't look much like those in the picture. Perhaps I should have used more oil and had it well heated before putting the patties in. I suppose they could have been piped onto a cookie sheet and baked, rather like crocant potatoes? I wish the ingredient list came by weights. How many potatoes do I need to boil to get 2 cups of mashed, for example?

nice taste. used rice flour as a gluten free option which made it more difficult to fry in oil. Could've been just as nice without having to fry the patties.

They turned out okay. The italian seasoning didnt quite fit for me. Next time I will make it without the italian seasoning.

This is flavorful and easy to make. I’ll be using fresh garlic powder instead of mincing garlic next time, though.

Great recipe...I have a local restaurant that does a similar side dish, but they add grilled diced red bell peppers and onions to the mix......makes an awesome combo. Have made at home many times. Thanks!
