This turned out very good. I added a can of Great Northern beans and some fresh lemon juice. I also used a little of the pasta water and an extra Tablespoon of butter to give it a little more liquid and richness. Great way to eat kale, even for those (like my husband) who don’t care for kale.

Changed by adding 4 cloves of garlic, but otherwise is was soooo perfect and delicious!

This turned out good for us. I had to use linguine and vegan butter because it was what I had and it was still tasty. I also doubled the recipe. I left the kale peices larger and that gave them a meatier texture. This was super easy and a big hit for my family!

Very good!! Some minor modifications— I used organic edamame pasta, added chicken broth to the cooked kale, added extra alittle extra cheese, and added toasted pine nuts (just before serving). I agree that fresh lemon juice and a few sliced tomatoes (heated??) would also make nice additions. If serving as a side dish, I would likely reduce the amount of pasta. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!

I used fettuccini because I didn’t have enough angel hair also added fresh chopped tomato to freshen the taste

Loved it. Made it with penne and added a lil broccoli to bulk up on the veggies.

This dish is amazing! It tasted every bit as good as it looks in the photo. The only thing I changed was to use spaghetti since I didn’t have angel hair pasta on hand. This is going to be a making regular appearance in our house. It’s perfect as is, but it will be fun to try different add-ins too!

This became a family favorite overnight! All of my kids loved it. Added bonus is that it also reheats well as leftovers. One key to recipe prep is to make sure to adequately chop the kale - not only because it is better in small bites but because the extra chopping softens the kale leaves.
