i didn't see this recipe before i made mine. i didn't do garlic but rather put Italian seasonings and basil along with parmesan cheese in the flour, salt and pepper. fried these in butter similar to fried tomatoes. My husband loves them and wants me to make again.

I gave a taste to my teen and he said "oh my goodness that is so GOOD! Is there anymore?" I served it like chicken parmesan, over speghetti for the boys with speghetti sauce and melted mozzrella over the top. This bredding would be great for fried zuchinni or green tomatoes. I'm making the rest into lagzana and "chicken patty" sandwhiches. 😋
