Turned out very good. I added a pat of butter under the skin of each chicken breast.

This recipe came out like petrified chicken but the only reason that I gave 2 stars was because the flavor came out AWESOME!! Otherwise, it was awful

My family loved it. Didn't have celery salt. I substituted bbq seasoning and it was still a hit

i used 6 chicken thighs. i can use more garlic next time and less cayenne. i cooked it for 20 mins to 165 degrees.

Easy to make. I like the tip about cutting into smaller pieces. There were some leftovers that I used to make sandwiches the next day.

Delicious and easy. Make a large batch and you can make chicken salad, pot pie, soups, enchiladas... plus you can use the bones for broth!
I line my pans with foil, but I do not use the roasting or cooling rack as I don’t like scrubbing them afterwards.
