- 1 garlic (head - garlic cloves peeled)
- 500 mL olive oil

Directions
- In a small blender add all the garlic cloves and add 4 tbsp olive oil, blend throughly until the garlic cloves have turned to mush.
- This is the garlic paste, remove with a spoon and store in an air tight container.
- To continue with your garlic oil, without cleaning the blender, add the rest olive oil and blend some more until it’s incorporated.
- Leave your garlic oil in room temperature for a few hours to allow the flavors to be infused.
- Store in the fridge but take out in advance and shake well before you use it.
