Came out pretty good. I used 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauteed it in the butter a little longer than the recipe suggests. The finished potatoes had a nice garlic flavor that wasn't too overpowering.

A little disappointed as I love mashed potatoes; however, this didn't have as much flavor as I would have hoped.

I added some oregano to it at the end, and it tasted great! I would, and plan to make it again! I shared it with my family and they really enjoyed it too! We had it with some vegan meatloaf and green beans. It was very enjoyable. I actually used an extra potato, but the ones I was using were on the small side. All in all, i think it's a good recipe; easy and tasty!
