Steak was super tender I used New York strip. I had mine marinate for 4 hours and it was one of the best steaks I've had. The only thing I didn't add is the ground ginger and I added red chilli flakes which added a nice amount of heat. Served it over rice. I used marinade as the sauce I added cornstarch to thicken it, the only thing I would change is to make more of the marinade for the sauce.
