This turned into a family favorite! In stead of baking though I seared the chicken in a little olive oil in a pan on top the stove. I cooked the chicken with the garlic, 6 minutes on each side and then poured the sauce over the chicken for the last 2 minutes. Once I plated the chicken, I scooped the sauce over the chicken and sprinkled with fresh Italian parsley. Obviously how long you cook the chicken depends on the size of the breasts, but the flavor is awesome and dinner party worthy!

added a little water and more maple syrup during cooking but drained just before serving to thinke make a beautiful sauce. yum
