This was good but needs a touch more flavor. I used a can of chicken broth and 1/4 c of water for the 2 c of liquid. Next time I will cut back on the brown sugar and increase the sambal. I added peas and carrots to have some vegetables. Noodles seemed a little gummy but still good.

Loved it and so did my kids. Next time going to double it for leftovers. Really good and just the right amount of spice.
