Good compound recipe, I didn’t have fresh parsley so I used italian seasoning and added more garlic. Garlic frozen cube from Trader Joe’s and garlic powder, oh and instead of mincing the garlic I used the microplane. Yes it was very garlicky but ohhh sooo goood. I use this for my garlic bread or when roasting a chicken or turkey.
