Delicious, no-brainer recipe. I've made this a number of times for holidays and family celebrations and it never disappoints.

I made this roast and everyone thought it was great. Recipe is good as is but you may adjust to your liking after first time.

This is probably the 4th time I have made this roast using this recipe and each time it comes out awesome. I used a prime rib with bone in and took out the rib from the oven just at 129 degrees but it still came out mouth watering. Definitely a recipe to keep forever!

It was absolutely delicious. The directions were spot on. You couldn’t ask for a better prime rib roast.

Best prime rib roast I have ever had. Adjusted some seasons to my taste. This is the only way to make prime rib roast and I will only make it this way.

Have made this several times. Cooked to medium rare, then let leftovers sit in fridge for two days. It was so incredibly tender and flavorful, and even more so as leftover. Served with mashed potatoes w/carrots and parsnips (boiled together).

This recipe was out of this world !!!!
The seasonings were perfect, nothing was overpowering .
It was the best prime rib I have ever eaten, and my guests were delighted and the complements were unbelievable , I passed the recipe on to several of my guests.
That said, this recipe made Christmas Eve dinner a hit!!!!
