- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast tenders (boneless, skinless, or chicken breasts)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (o1ive)
- 1 onion (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (seeded and thinly sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (seeded and thinly sliced, I used green)
- 5 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 20 leaves sweet basil (fresh, julienne)
- grated Parmesan cheese
