2 SERVINGS
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups organic vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- salt

Directions
- In a sauce pan combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil
- Cover with a lid and lower heat to simmer.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- Remove from heat and pour into a food processor.
- Whirl until smooth and thick. (If the soup is too thick for your liking, feel free to add a little more stock)

this was mildly good at first but as soon as i started to eat it more, the consistency and the taste got to me and i couldn’t eat it anymore. it wasn’t horrible but it was not very good. i was disappointed to have to waste the ingredients put into it
