- 1 pkg. pasta (I would have used whole wheat had I had some)
- 4 cups cauliflower (frozen or fresh)
- 1/4 nutritional yeast
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more to thin out as you like)
- 4 garlic (gloves of, minced)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable stock powder (I used the liquid stock)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 pinch pepper (I used more)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (for plate, optional)
- salt (I'm trying to not, my food, but if you want to go for it.)
