- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped flat)
- 1/2 cup cheese (grated parmagiano-reggiano)

- Heat olive oil over medium heat.
