Excellent fish. Only change I made was to fry the fish in the garlic butter mixture instead of in oil.

This was delicious. I did the dish in the air fryer and cooked it a little too long but the butter sauce made it moist again had it over rice the kids even loved it what’s not to love about garlic and butter together never made halibut before and it was so yummy making it again for sure

It was good but we used too much garlic. We had 3 large cloves and it was too much as you do not cook the garlic so it is strong. 3 small cloves would probably be perfect. I would probably try the recipe again with Lascari.

It was fine, just too much butter, I felt sick to my stomach. Mental note for the future I suppose

Very good. will do it again. we ate it with pasta covered in garlic butter sauce.
