Good, but will add Parmesan or extra garlic maybe next time. A little on the bland side still.

We had some fresh tilapia and I wasn’t expecting to be making dinner and sought a quick, easy recipe and chose this one. It fit the bill and we were happy with the outcome. We plan on using this as a camping recipe for when we catch some fish.
