It was fantastic. The garlic butter sauce was super easy to make and was delicious over broccoli too.

Very good — would make again! Had to cook a bit longer than called for (but that may be my oven) — having a thermometer and pulling it at 140 worked great. The fish wasn’t so pretty after I cut it; might try cutting it into filets before cooking next time to make it easier to serve.

Turned out great. Made with Coho I caught in Lake Michigan the day before. Kids all loved it.

Great. Extremely easy to make. Pair with asparagus on separate baking sheet with olive oil, sea salt and fresh Parmesan, timing and temp works well
