Very good, and once the prep was done everything came together very fast. I used venison instead of beef, and I love how tender the marinade made the meat in only a few hours. One thing I'd change is I'd skip coating the meat in the cornstarch. I didn’t feel like it added anything with the meat being mixed in with the sauce except for a weird, gooey coating. Other than that, it was perfect as is.

This dish is great one that I will make again and again. I have tried a couple different noodles for a change in texture but the sauce I left alone.
