It was great! seared in bacon grease covered in uncooked bacon added a little extra garlic with the suggested amount of beef stock and we loved it!

Turned out well- super tender. I added a pot roast seasoning packet to this to give it a bit more flavor. The bacon gave it a nice taste.

Very yummy. I seared the roast in bacon fat and added mushrooms and potatoes. So good!

Followed exact recipe, loved the simplicity but it lacked much flavor. Needed more seasoning for sure. I'll likely make it again, but modifying with maybe some onion and Worcester.

Turned out great, but will add more bacon & garlic next time (my family LOVES garlic & bacon). Was super quick & easy - could even put it together on a busy morning. I will definately be making this again!

This was the best pot roast I've made! It was so easy and so worth it. My children loved it. Cooked with carrots and potatoes.

I definitely will be making this simple tender pot roast again. I didn't add any additional seasoning, it was perfect for my busy schedule.

We really loved this. I used a chuck roast and added a pkg of unsalted beef bouillon to the broth. I also browned the roast first as I always do that with pot roast. Loved the flavors. Yum!

Seriously the best pot roast ever!!! I used unsalted beef stock and a lot more garlic and bacon than called for and the favors merged fabulously!
