    I make it in the Instant pot and it turned out delicious with a stew-like texture. (I used a whole 28 oz can of diced tomatoes and reduce the water). Wonderfully balanced seasoning.

    Very tasty, however I added a good amount of cayenne because I’m not satisfied with my food unless it burns!

    Beautiful and easy! I tweeked it a little by adding chopped oyster mushrooms and frozen corn plus a can of chicken broth.

    good stuff and so good for cold weather! added my leftover broccoli. was a little bland at the end but some lemon juice + crushed red pepper punched it right up!

    Soup is a little bland to my taste. Extra herbs and red pepper flakes did the trick.
