Super delicious and perfect for using mid-summer garden veggies. I added garlic since the other reviewer said it was good. This recipe was superb!

Very, very good tasted so fresh! Made this for dinner along with a green salad . Only made one addition to the recipe, I sprinkled a clove of chopped garlic over the vegetables! Yummy!
