This recipe turned out exactly like I hoped it would! The eggplant and pepper filling was perfect, and with the right amount of salt, basil, and garlic powder added to the mix, this filling was so good that I could eat it every day.
I should’ve trusted the recommended pan size because I went one size smaller and I almost couldn’t fit everything in.
It’s not super filling, but that just means I get to eat more of it! Definitely will make again!
