- 4 cups water

- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (to taste)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 head lacinato kale (chopped)
- 1 tsp. wasabi (to 2, optional)
