This is my favorite curry recipe ever!! I actually put more of spices, garlic and ginger. So easy and delicious!!

Delicious, will definitely make it again. I doubled the amount of potato and tomato and it was still only enough for two, so next time I'll quadruple the amount for 4 portions. Note: the frying of the potatoes takes 40 min, so maybe next time just boil them?
