- 6 perilla (or shisho leaves)
- 3 Tbsp. seed (perilla, powder, for garnish)

Tasty for sure, especially on a cold winter eve. Didn't have the Perilla or Shisho leaves and seeds so that could've made the difference. Substituted cubed pork shoulder for pork necks as that's what was on hand.
