- 3/4 cup whole milk (I substituted half & half)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 1/2 cups fontina cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 cups parmigiano reggiano cheese (freshly grated, divided)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage (finely)
