- 16 dates (pitted)
- 3 Tbsp. dark cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 inches pie (pan lined with parchment paper)
- 3 cans coconut cream (not milk, 13 ounces chilled 24 hours at least. Disregard water after opening.)
- 8 oz. vegan cream cheese (or dairy free, we used soy free daiya)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 21 vanilla (dairy free/gluten free chocolate, creme cookies or dark chocolate cookies. Around 12 ounces, Glutino or Enjoy life foods makes dairy free/vegan friendly)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (or more Melted)
- cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
- 1 handful dark chocolate chips (optional)
