Hubby, Keith said it was the best soup by far on his fast... I subbed red cabbage and red onion, nixed the celery and used celery salt for the seasoning, adding in 7 small carrots, used baking potatoes, and added a cup or more of leftover mashed potatoes. Huge hit.
