- 6 baby red potatoes

- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 Tbsp. garlic (diced)
- 1 whole onion (diced)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 sticks butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth (optional, see notes below)
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning (optional depending on fresh lemon juice)

I added artichokes so.. potatoes and artichokes 15 minutes
Sausage 5 minutes, then add corn for 5 minutes more. Shrimp and crab 3 to 4 minutes! Had to cut the butter sauce because we had some peeps who don’t like heat, but I would use it full strength for people who like heat. It wasn’t overwhelming at all. Definitely making again! Yum!

Was really really good; I might scale back on the sheer amount of spice next time but that’s just preference. Loved the lemon. Oh, I also did clams and mussels at the five minute left mark.
