I like my sweet potatoes mashed! I peel them, then boil for about 15-20 mins, then mash using a fork! I used 3 sweet potatoes, added 1 TSP of cinnamon, 1/4 milk, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons butter to make a little healthier, 1/2 TSP of nutmeg. Sooo bomb and really creamy!!! Took max 35 mins to completely finish!

Delicious and easy! However has to bake my large sweet potatoes for roughly two hours first

Turned out pretty good, haven’t ate it yet cause I’m not hungry, but husband loves it. It really smells great, the pecans taste pretty good with it but I might try it next time without it just to see the difference.
