I ended up cutting the recipe in half and it turned out SO GOOD! The "bread" is really dense, moist, and fudgy with the perfect amount of spice. I accidentally underbaked the bread a little bit so the center was a tiny bit, but that was my error. It still was good though! A little goes a long way with the browned butter glaze because it is really sweet, but it works well with the bread. My glaze did turn out a little on the thicker side but I added about 1-2 tablespoons of milk to thin it out and it ended up working out just fine. I can't wait to make this again!
